Know your rights as a warehouse worker
Whatever country you work in, you have rights as an employee. Knowing them helps you spot when something is not right.
The essentials
You are entitled to a written contract, paid holiday, rest breaks, and pay that meets at least the legal minimum. Hours, overtime rules and notice periods should be clear from the start.
If something is wrong
Raise it with your supervisor or HR first, in writing if you can. Each country has a labour authority or union you can turn to if it is not resolved. Keep copies of your contract and payslips.
