Warehouse pay across Spain, the UK, Germany and Canada

Warehouse pay across Spain, the UK, Germany and Canada

Warehouse pay tracks each country minimum wage, with reputable employers usually paying a little above it. Here is the rough picture for entry-level roles.

The four markets

In Spain, mozo de almacén roles sit around the national minimum (about 1,200 euros gross per month, 14 payments). In the UK, warehouse operatives earn from roughly 12.71 pounds per hour, more on nights. In Germany the floor is 13.90 euros per hour, with Lidl, Aldi and Amazon paying 15 euros and up. In Canada, package and warehouse roles run about 18 to 22 Canadian dollars per hour.

Premiums add up

Night shifts, weekends and cold storage often add a supplement. Always check the full rate, not just the headline number, before you accept.
