What to expect on your first day

Starting somewhere new is daunting. The good news: most warehouses follow a similar first-day routine.

Induction first

Expect a safety briefing, a tour, and an introduction to your team and your zone. You will be shown where to clock in, where breaks happen and who to ask for help.

Settle in

Bring your ID and any documents requested, wear comfortable clothes and safety boots if you have them, and arrive early. Nobody expects you to be fast on day one, they expect you to listen and stay safe.
